- need more help with OPD designs, they haven't been updated in many weeks

- Sathyan working on landing page and paper entry page
- John Anzelc working on Nancy's task flows
- Split up the task flows document into many sub documents to help divide-and-conquer
- Priority order for modules... Registration > Screener > Lab > OPD > Pharmacy > Billing

- Found Sencha Touch 2 and ExtJS 3 stencils for OmniGraffle
- testing how useful it is to use at this stage in our design

- Suggest that Susan is final go-to for Design questions. If we need to negotiate across design and development, can do this at a project management level
- Import to consider the conceptual flow.. If we aren't getting solid wireframes, we need to take a step back to make storyboards, simple drawings... nail down the concepts before we dive into details
